Provisioning & Refund Policy
Clear standards governing hardware provisioning timelines, term clock commencement, operational failure resolutions, and USDC refund procedures for all CoreFraction compute allocations.
How Provisioning Works
Payment Confirmed
USDC activation payment is confirmed on-chain for the exact 30-day compute fee. Capacity reservation is recorded.
Capacity Reserved
Hardware allocation is assigned to your order within our managed GPU infrastructure network.
Infrastructure Provisioning
Node host initialization, thermal calibration, driver configuration, and network routing are staged.
Configuration / Verification
Computational workload testing and marketplace telemetry routing are verified for production readiness.
Active & Producing
Your 30-day compute term begins at the moment the unit becomes Active. Telemetry and production track in your portal.
Critical Covenant: Provisioning may take up to 7 calendar days. Your 30-day compute term does not begin until your allocation becomes Active.
1. Provisioning Timeline & Term Clock
Infrastructure provisioning may take up to 7 calendar days following payment confirmation. Staging, physical hardware allocation, driver optimization, and routing verification are performed to prepare each GPU Compute Unit. Your 30-day compute term does not begin until your allocation becomes Active. Time spent in reservation, provisioning, or verification does not count against your 30-day term.
2. Operational Delays & Status Notifications
If node configuration or network routing experiences datacenter delays extending beyond standard timelines, customers receive automated status updates via email and directly within the Customer Portal order tracking screen. CoreFraction actively manages provisioning pipelines to meet operational timelines.
3. Provisioning Failure: Full Refund or Next Allocation Queue
If CoreFraction is unable to successfully provision an allocated GPU Compute Unit within the 7-calendar-day window, the customer will be offered a resolution: (A) Full Refund — an immediate return of the full activation payment in USDC to the paying wallet address with zero fees or deductions; or (B) Remain in Next Allocation Queue — retain priority placement for the next available deployment batch.
4. Refund Mechanics & Settlement
All refunds are executed exclusively in USDC back to the self-custodied wallet address used for the initial activation payment. No transaction, processing, or restocking fees are deducted for provisioning failures. Refund transactions are recorded in the Customer Portal transaction ledger.
5. Completed Terms & Active Service Policy
Because computational resources are dedicated and operational expenses are incurred once a unit enters the Active state, compute service fees for activated or completed 30-day terms are non-refundable. Eligible proceeds generated from compute production remain available for settlement to the customer's verified wallet.
6. Renewals & Capacity Release
Compute capacity is allocated for 30 calendar days. To continue compute operations, an exact renewal payment must be completed before term expiration. If a renewal payment is not completed prior to expiration, capacity is released at term end without a grace period and returned to available inventory. Renewal availability is subject to platform capacity constraints.
7. Test Mode Operations
While the platform operates in Test Mode, all orders, payments, provisioning milestones, and refund actions are simulated for demonstration purposes. No real cryptocurrency funds move and simulated transactions carry no financial or legal obligation.
