1. Nature of Service & Compute Units

CoreFraction provides managed high-performance computing infrastructure. Activating a GPU Compute Unit grants the customer access to the computational throughput of one whole managed GPU compute allocation for a defined 30-calendar-day term. Products represent managed compute capacity, not financial securities, investments, debt instruments, or pooled yield vehicles. Customers do not purchase, own, lease, or acquire title or physical property rights to any physical graphics processing units, server enclosures, or datacenter property.

2. Payment Terms, Exact Invoicing & Settlement

All activations and service fees are paid in USDC. Customers authorize payments directly from their self-custodied wallet connection. Invoicing is exact: customers pay the specific 30-day compute fee corresponding to activated units and term commitments. CoreFraction does not accept pre-funded balances for purchases. The available balance shown in your account is made up of eligible customer proceeds recorded in your transaction ledger, and it can be withdrawn only through a withdrawal that CoreFraction approves. All confirmed on-chain payments are finalized for the active term.

3. Provisioning Timeline & Term Clock

Infrastructure provisioning may take up to 7 calendar days from payment confirmation. Your 30-day compute term does not begin until your allocation becomes Active. During capacity reservation, provisioning, and configuration, compute nodes undergo validation before entering the active state.

4. Capacity Commitments & Billing Structure

Longer term options (90-Day Reserved, 6-Month Reserved, 12-Month Reserved) represent capacity commitments billed every 30 days. Commitments are not prepaid upfront. Each 30-day compute fee is billed per 30-calendar-day cycle at the agreed term rate throughout the commitment period.

5. Capacity Release & Renewal Policy

Each compute term expires at the conclusion of its 30-day cycle. Customers may maintain reservation by completing an exact renewal payment before term expiration. If a renewal payment is not completed prior to expiration, capacity is released at term end without a grace period and returned to available inventory. Renewal availability is subject to platform capacity constraints.

6. Provisioning Resolution & Refund Policy

If CoreFraction is unable to successfully provision an allocated GPU Compute Unit within the 7-calendar-day window, the customer will be offered a resolution: either a Full Refund of the activation payment in USDC to the paying wallet address with no fees deducted, or an option to Remain in the Next Allocation Queue. Full policies and operational workflows are detailed in our Provisioning & Refund Policy.

7. Security Covenant & Self-Custodied Connection

CoreFraction operates on a self-custodied wallet connection model. CoreFraction never requests or stores your wallet seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private key. Wallet signatures and transaction authorizations occur strictly through your connected wallet. CoreFraction Support will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

8. Terms Acceptance & Document Version Tracking

When you purchase or activate compute capacity, CoreFraction records the version of the Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure you accepted, with the time and your account, and keeps that record when these documents change.

9. Infrastructure Maintenance & Dynamic Routing

CoreFraction reserves the right to migrate active compute allocations across equivalent physical GPU hardware clusters within our infrastructure network to conduct datacenter maintenance, optimize thermal performance, or balance workload distribution without diminishing contractual compute throughput.

10. Test Mode & Simulation Notice

While the platform operates in Test Mode, transactions, wallet confirmations, provisioning events, and production ledgers are simulated sample operations. No real cryptocurrency funds move and no real-world obligations are created during Test Mode evaluation.

1. Data Minimization & Cryptographic Identity

CoreFraction adheres to strict data minimization principles. We do not require traditional personal identity verification (KYC), government identification documents, or passwords for standard compute activations. User authentication relies on public wallet addresses and cryptographic signed messages.

SEC · 02

2. Information We Collect & Online Service Records

We collect only information necessary to operate the compute platform: email address (for transactional account communications and order status), public wallet addresses (connected wallet and payout destination), order history and compute unit records, payout requests and transaction records, support communications, and basic device and session information necessary for session integrity and fraud prevention. The platform stores account, order, transaction, withdrawal-destination, support-ticket and terms-acceptance records online in order to operate the service. CoreFraction never requests or stores wallet seed phrases or private keys.

SEC · 03

3. Email Communications & Notification Preferences

Transactional email notifications are delivered for critical account events: payment confirmation, provisioning progress, compute unit activation, upcoming renewal reminders, and payout status updates. Optional marketing or platform announcements are delivered only if you have explicitly opted in via your account preferences.

SEC · 04

4. Telemetry & Workload Confidentiality

We collect operational hardware telemetry including GPU temperature, memory utilization, and computational output strictly to ensure cluster integrity and reconcile production ledgers across our compute routing network. We do not inspect, log, retain, or analyze the proprietary contents of enterprise AI models, datasets, or inference workloads routed through compute nodes.

SEC · 05

5. On-Chain Ledger Visibility

Customers acknowledge that transactions conducted over public blockchain networks (such as USDC payment transfers, payout settlements, and signed messages) are inherently public by design. CoreFraction does not control and bears no liability for public on-chain ledger records.

6. GPU Market Alert Sign-Ups

If you create a GPU market alert on the GPU Market Terminal, we store the email address you enter, the GPU, metric, condition and threshold you choose, the time of your request and your consent. We use them only to send that alert once alert delivery is switched on. Alert delivery is not yet active, so no alert emails are being sent at this time. Alert email addresses are never shown publicly or shared with other visitors. Contact us to have an alert removed.

[01]

Production Variability & Market Conditions

“Compute demand, utilization, and production vary over time.”

Historical production figures are published only when they are based on recorded data. Production depends on utilization, compute demand, GPU pricing, infrastructure expenses, downtime and marketplace conditions. It is not guaranteed. Historical production figures displayed across our interface are not predictions or guarantees of future performance. Production is not guaranteed and may be lower than the 30-day compute service fee. CoreFraction does not promise or guarantee fixed production amounts or financial returns.

Historical production figures are published only when based on recorded data. Not guaranteed.

Managed Compute Capacity & Absence of Physical Title

“Customers activate managed compute capacity for a 30-day term and acquire no title to physical hardware.”

Customers activate managed GPU compute capacity for a 30-day term and acquire no title, equity, ownership, or property rights to physical GPU hardware. Products represent managed compute throughput, not investments or debt securities. Compute allocations may be routed across equivalent systems within our managed compute network for maintenance, cooling, availability, or operational optimization.

Products are managed compute capacity, not investments or financial securities.
[03]

Renewal Terms & Potential Insufficiency of Proceeds

“Renewals require timely payment. Eligible proceeds may be insufficient to cover renewals.”

Availability at renewal is subject to capacity constraints and requires an exact renewal payment before the active term expires. Eligible proceeds generated from compute production vary over time and may be insufficient to cover a future 30-day renewal service fee. If renewal payment is not completed prior to expiration, capacity is released at term end without a grace period.

Eligible proceeds may be insufficient to cover a future 30-day renewal.
[04]

Settlement Asset & Self-Custodied Security

“Eligible proceeds are settled in USDC to your verified self-custodied wallet.”

Eligible proceeds are calculated from compute production attributable to active capacity and can be requested for settlement to your verified wallet in USDC. CoreFraction operates strictly on a self-custodied wallet connection: your private keys remain exclusively in your possession. CoreFraction will never request your seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private key.

Self-custodied wallet connection: CoreFraction will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
