What You’re Activating.
When you activate a CoreFraction GPU Compute Unit, you are securing the computational workload capacity of enterprise-grade GPU infrastructure for a finite 30-day term. Customers do not purchase title to a physical GPU, nor do they lease specific serial-numbered hardware components.
No Physical Title
Customers hold zero physical property rights, liens, or claims over the underlying server nodes, GPUs, or datacenter infrastructure.
Multi-GPU Routing
Capacity may be dynamically provisioned across multi-GPU high-density clusters to optimize thermal load, workload routing, and uptime.
Service Agreement & Terms
Capacity is provided under 30-day terms paid in USDC: 30-Day Flex, 90-Day Reserved, 6-Month Reserved, or 12-Month Reserved ($400, $398, $396, or $395 per unit per 30 days, billed every 30 days — not prepaid upfront). Provisioning follows an automated 6-step lifecycle (Capacity Reserved, Provisioning, Server Configuration, Validation, Ready, Active). The estimated activation window is displayed on your order and depends on current capacity. Your 30-day compute term does not begin until your allocation reaches Active status.
