Operational Disclosures:
- Compute production varies based on utilization, workload demand, marketplace pricing, incentive payments and operating conditions.
- Historical or sample production figures do not guarantee future production.
- The customer activates managed capacity for a fixed term and acquires no title to physical hardware.
- The 30-day compute term begins when allocation becomes Active, not when payment is submitted.
- Provisioning may take up to 7 calendar days.
- Commitments are billed every 30 days and are not prepaid upfront. Unrenewed capacity is released back to the platform.
- Settlement is processed in USDC. Simulated features and data carry TEST MODE and SAMPLE DATA labels.
